The DC films were announced to face a soft reboot through The Flash after James Gunn and Peter Safran were placed as the heads of a new DCU. The Andy Muschietti project went through a lot of delays and setbacks due to several issues. Even the main lead Ezra Miller found their name entangled in various controversies which led the movie to go through a lot of public attention.

DC has been engrossed in a number of activities in the recent past that led to fans often complaining about the Marvel rival. As the cinematic universe is all set to get a makeover with the upcoming Ezra Miller movie, the fans are highly optimistic about it.

The fans were skeptical about the upcoming project after James Gunn was announced as the co-head of DCU and new plans were released. But it was reported that this multiversal mayhem will instead pave the way for the new path of DCU. The reception surrounding The Flash has caught attention since its earliest screening where the movie scored equivalent to Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Trilogy.

Following that, the fans were highly hopeful about the movie. Further, when the looks and the trailers were released, the internet witnessed a storm once again. The fans loved the CGI work of the movie along with the comeback of Michael Keaton’s classic Batman.

Now as the CGI of the movie received mass appreciation, the superhero fanatics took no time to compare how James Gunn and DC’s work culture differ from MCU’s.

The Marvel Studios received intense backlash for its poorly done CGI work in the last few projects. It was reported that the Kevin Feige-led studio is not at all cooperative with the artists and they continue to harass the artists to the last day before the movie’s release date. A few days ago, one of the major MCU heads Victoria Alonso was also fired as she was reported to be the main reason behind the poor work ethics.

Soon after the trailer for The Flash dropped, the fans were awestruck and claimed the DC movie to have amazing CGI work. It is reported that the movie completed its CGI work one and a half months before its planned release date. The fans praised James Gunn and Co. for maintaining a disciplined work culture.

It will be wrong to say that the story doesn’t have another side where people are also complaining about some shots from the trailer. But it was reported that the VFX will be more polished in the final cut of the movie. On the other hand, some even told that the movie was in development since three years so it was expected. The debate will only end once we get to watch the final product. The Flash will be based on the Flashpoint comic book storyline and it will be a major key that will open the new age of James Gunn’s DCU.

The Flash will be released on June 16, 2023.
