Netflix has given us many a masterpiece over the years it took over the entertainment industry. Of the many original series, Stranger Things was one of the best ones. With its sci-fi fantasy world paired with supernatural elements, it makes for the perfect watch for both children and adults alike. The series was created by the Duffer Brothers as a Netflix original. The first season aired in July 2016 and it has been a riot ever since. With the fourth season on its way to the screens tomorrow, what can be expected of the series? And more urgently, when can it be expected on our screens?
Stranger Things Season 4 Expectations
We watched the first 3 seasons traversing the Demogorgon storyline and the Upside Down. It started with the disappearance of Will Byers, played by actor Noah Schnapp. And that brought along Eleven into the play, who along with Will’s three friends set out on the otherwordly streets of Hawkins to find the boy.
The season introduced us to the incredible sci-fi fantastical horror setting of Upside Down. When the streets yielded no clues, you had to look someplace else. And Eleven was the guide to that place. With powers yet not fully developed or even under her control, she learns as she grows. After 3 seasons of friendships, heartbreaks, secrets, experiments, monsters, and Upside Down, we are ready for the beginning of the end.
The season 4 storyline has been kept under lock and key. David Harbour in an interview with Variety teased a possible moving yet beautiful ending.
