Rocky star Sylvester Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin are a classic example of what one can call, old love dies hard. Despite more than a two-decade of marital life, Flavin decided to part ways, filing for divorce last year in July. Stallone, who referred to their separation as a tumultuous time, claimed to have reawoken amid his could-be ex-wife’s allegations of depleting marital assets, including a big fight over the Rambo star’s dog, finally rekindling their lost love.
Following their brief battle of emotions and property, Sylvester Stallone listed one of his luxury properties, Hidden Hills home, in December 2022, and then delisted in February 2023. Now, the actor has once again relisted it at a much lesser price of $21.3 million (lesser than the original listing), raising several brows.
Sylvester Stallone’s Reason For Letting Go Off The Beverly Hills Home At A Lesser Price
Just three months after pulling down The Hidden Hills property, Sylvester Stallone has once again listed the property at a reduced price of $21.3 million, a $1.2 million reduced price than the original December listing. The step comes after The Expendables film series creator, sold his Mediterannean-styled Beverly Hills home to Adele for an insane $58 million.
If the luxurious Hidden Hills compound’s relisting is trouble in paradise? is a question only Stallone and his gorgeous wife can answer. As for now, the couple and their two daughters, are gearing up for their upcoming Paramount+ reality show, The Family Stallone.
Previously, the couple cited that the reason behind taking off the property, initially listed at $22.5 million, was that “they couldn’t find interested parties”. Now that the luxurious 2.26-acre lot is available at a much lesser price, the decision does take back fans to their brief divorce drama wherein Flavin alleged Stallone of depleting marital assets. Not to mention, the couple purchased this property in March 2022.
Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin’s Bond Is Greater Than Their Differences
When Jennifer Flavin filed for divorce in August 2022, she cited in her divorce filing that “disagreements on little things add up after so many years together.” She also alleged that Stallone’s engagement in the “intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets, has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate.”
Within a month, the couple (married for almost 25 years), rekindled the lost flame and decided to call off their divorce and focus on revamping their relationship along with focusing on their five children. Stallone admitted about their brief split:
“There was a reawakening of what was more valuable than anything, which is my love for my family. It takes precedence over my work, and that was a hard lesson to learn.”
Now, the availability of the delisted property, which boasts luxurious amenities like a billiard room, wine cellar, tasting room, gym, kitchen, dining room, and much more, at a much lesser price, does add fuel to their divorce drama, especially if one runs by the reasons behind it.
The Family Stallone will be available for streaming starting from May 17, 2023, on Paramount+.
