All of the heroes from the MCU got their fanbase, but there is a special spot for them in our hearts. Amongst all, there is one that is loved across the world, and of course, it’s Tom Hiddleston’s “Loki.” This character is forever mysterious to us because we never about his personality or what type of character is he, good or bad. The same question arises about his sexuality that the world of MCU never dived into until the Disney+ show came to pass.

The Disney+ show Loki was the very first step to getting into God Of Mischief’s sexuality. The show tended to validate that the character just like the pages from the comics, claims he is bisexual. The comic storyline presented him as a gender-fluid, bisexual, and much more.

Tom Hiddleston Talks About Exploring Loki’s Bisexuality Is Important
Tom Hiddleston in his recent interview spoke about how Marvel desires to explore sexual orientation more. To know more about Loki’s bisexuality, Tom Hiddleston said:
“Back from my early days of researching the character in the ancient myths, the identity of Loki was fluid in every aspect and gender, in sexuality. It’s a very ancient part of the character and I think I thought about it. … It hadn’t emerged in the stories we’ve told. And I was really pleased and privileged, actually, that it’s coming up in the series.”
“It’s a small step. There’s so much more to do. But the Marvel Cinematic Universe has to reflect the world we live in. So it was an honor to bring that up. It was really important to me. It was really important to [director] Kate Herron and [showrunner] Michael Waldron, and I’m pleased that we could bring it into our story.”

Apart from all this, Loki season 2 is already in production and fans are thrilled to see the future has for the character will be. Di Martino told the Variety that having Loki come out as bisexual is more important for the series storyline. The actor added:
“I think people have been waiting a long time for it. The comic books allude to it and even the Norse mythology, I think. It’s been around for so long, and it was really important to her to have that in the show….I’ve got to say how happy it makes me that people are happy to see that.”
