Tom Cruise: From One Failure to Other

Tom Cruise was initially drafted for the crime/drama movie Donnie Brasco but he backed out from the movie only because the movie schedules were overlapping with his timings for his other movie. Later on, replacing Cruise enters Johnny Depp, who did a phenomenal job in the movie as it was one of his best movies during that time frame and was even appreciated for his part.
