“If you need further convincing to end fossil fuel use, @ian_urbina showcases an overlooked pollution source—luxury cruise ships using Magic Pipes to get rid of toxic waste below the water line and how they rarely get caught.”
A magic pipe is a secretive and certainly forbidden alteration done to the waste management equipment of a ship that would lead it to directly discharge wastewater into marine waters. This is quite a serious issue and is also a very serious offense. It can lead to hefty fines and even prison sentences if caught.
