Playing the web-slinger for over seven years now, with his first appearance in Captain America: Civil War (2016), Tom Holland has had a long way to go. And not only do fans think and want this, but now he himself, too, has confirmed that Spider-Man: No Way Home wasn’t his last project as Peter Parker.

Appearing on Entertainment Tonight, The Crowded Room star admitted that he would be there in the Spider-Man movie as long as he can do justice to the character. He said,

“I think as long as we can do justice to Peter Parker. As long as we can keep elevating and making the films better and making them mean more, then I’ll be there.”

He continued to reveal that he would be more than keen on reprising his role and even seemingly confirmed at Sony and Marvel Cinematic Universe’s collaboration for Spider-Man 4.

“I’d be stupid to say that I wouldn’t be the luckiest kid alive if I got to do it again, there’s stuff going on, but we’ll have to just wait and see what happens.”

Just like he does almost every time he appears in an interview, Tom Holland let slip something important regarding his future as Peter Parker in the franchise this time too. However, there are chances that he might have done it intentionally this time, teasing at his return to playing the superhero.

Apart from portraying the spider-bitten-superpowers-acquired teen, Tom Holland is also renowned for looking at his character with never-ending admiration. But previously before, he even hinted that he is unsure of his future as Spider-Man in the franchise after Spider-Man: No Way Home. He said,

“There are far cleverer people than me that have been given the task of writing future movies and coming up with new ideas. And as always, I’ll be very eager to see what they come up with. But maybe we don’t top this movie. Maybe this movie is the perfect storybook ending for this chapter of Spider-Man. And if it’s time for me to step down and for the new person to step up, I would do so proudly.”

Nevertheless, thanks to his recent comments, fans can certainly hope to see Tom Holland in another Spider-Man project.
