“The suit is trash, I’m so glad this universe is dead”: Zack Snyder’s Controversial Decision With Ezra Miller in Justice League Sparks Heated Fan Debate

Zack Snyder’s Controversial Decision With Ezra Miller in Justice League Sparks Heated Fan Debate

Zack Snyder is back in the news again as James Gunn and Peter Safran give it their all to restructure the DCU. As the people once again find a reason to start the #RestoreTheSnyderVerse campaign, this time there are more people against the idea rather than for the idea!

With the idea of the Army of the Dead director bringing in Ezra Miller’s portrayal of Flash in the Justice League, the people immediately turned against the director. With the idea of selling the SnyderVerse to Netflix, the people against and for the director battled it out on Twitter.

Are People Tired of Zack Snyder and the SnyderVerse?

Snyder was previously attached to the DCEU by directing Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice back in 2016. In one of the infamous scenes of the movie, Barry Allen from the future travels back in time to warn a sleeping Bruce Wayne about the horrors of the future. The iconic mechanical suit that the Flash seems to wear is called the Knightmare Flash Suit which was designed by Bruce Wayne in the future.

That future, however, is lost with Zack Snyder’s removal since it was his plan to introduce the post-apocalyptic world. A tweet that stated that the suit was actually pretty cool was attacked by salty fans who claimed that Zack Snyder had no idea how uncool it was. Many people took to Twitter to turn against the 300 director and showered him with hatred while others tried to defend him.

The tweets also suggested Warner Bros. Discovery selling Zack Snyder’s Justice League to Netflix which would allow Snyder to continue working on these films even though DC wouldn’t allow him to.

The people seem to be hating Zack Snyder in a turn of events but the Man of Steel director is also getting some severe support. Like a radical movement, people have been taking to Twitter every day and finding new hashtags to support the director in freeing his vision of the DC characters.

Zack Snyder’s fans pressurized Warner Bros. to release the Snyder cut in the year 2021. With the different and irreversible changes that James Gunn and Peter Safran are up to, the fans now demand Justice League Part Two and Three.

As much as the fans demand, Netflix however, cannot legally buy these characters from Warner Bros. Discovery/DC Studios nor hire Zack Snyder to work on these characters. The Shaun of the Dead director does not own the characters of the DC comics and merely worked as a paid director, thus making the SnyderVerse impossible to continue. Amidst the changes, there is still hope for a Justice League story but the direction of the Watchmen director is quite impossible to happen.

Zack Snyder’s Justice League is available to stream on HBO Max.
