According to the former, the upcoming series has been edited by different editing teams which is quite a concern given that the film is due this June.

As per Sneider, Paramount Pictures is worried about the project.

“They’re getting a little worried about ‘Transformers.’ I wanted to caution you in this draft.”

He further added,

This is what they said, they said that ‘Transformers’ has gone through close to a dozen different editing teams that have argued about different cuts of the film.”

Given his connections in the industry, it could be quite a scoop however his co-host rather confirmed the rumors by sharing his take on the same.

The Hot Mic Podcast co-host, Rocha further added his opinion on the upcoming film by stating that he heard that the standalone sequel to Bumblebee is “a mess” with its distribution company, Paramount Pictures doing its best to mend the mess.

“I’ve got to be honest: A few weeks ago, a friend who’s a source of mine who has connections with that studio and people involved in that situation told me the same thing. He had heard that the movie’s a mess and that they’re trying to fix it.”

While there is no official information released regarding the film’s postponement given that the post-production scenario seemed quite serious, the series has been subtly hinting at the problem for a while now. Given that the last teaser was released in December, not much marketing is being done by the company to promote the film.

The film will release in theatres on June 9, 2023.
