Ruffalo had a long experience as a theater artist before finally getting his breakthrough opportunity in You Can Count on Me in 2000. He and his brother lived in a $600 apartment after moving to LA and ate the same food for a week. They learned to make the best of every situation.

Scott Ruffalo’s Successful Career As A Hairdresser

As actors in Hollywood need to look their best for a variety of roles, Scott Ruffalo had that covered. After acquiring a license in cosmetology – a thriving procedure that actors and models often go for, he styled hair for some of the most elite customers in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.

Prior to his tragic death, he provided services in Giuseppe Franco Salon in his area of dominance – Beverly Hills.

According to the late hairdresser’s accountant –

“He is well-liked by everybody and knows everyone in Beverly Hills. And he was a guy who really wanted to do things right, as far as I was concerned. He is one of the easiest clients I have. He would go overboard to make sure everything is done right.”

Mark Ruffalo Never Got Answers He Was Looking For

Ruffalo was taken to a local hospital in LA where people saw that he had a bullet in his head. His neighbor was also approached to divulge any information she had regarding the incident, to which she said that she didn’t hear anything.

Reports said he had guests over at his house and they were playing Russian Roulette. But, the authorities could not conclude if it was a murder or a homicide. The guests, Brian Scofield, and his girlfriend Shaha Mishaal Adham, were put through intense scrutiny but the feds could not find anything out.

According to a medical examiner who told LA Weekly –

“The injury appears inconsistent with the history provided by witnesses and further police investigation has failed to clear up these inconsistencies.”

The case ultimately became a cold one, and Mark Ruffalo could never get any answers. He now spends a lot of his time talking and taking measures to avoid gun violence.

In a New York Daily report, it was mentioned that he said –

“I can’t get any answer from them. It’s been a very frustrating experience. The loss of my brother was tragic and meaningless and violent.”

At one point, Mark Ruffalo even went on to acknowledge that his brother was more famous than he got to be. The Now You See Me actor during a talk with Men’s Journal said –

“I was the actor who was doing 30-seat theaters, and he was the mayor of Beverly Hills. For years, people would meet me and go, ‘You’re Scotty Ruffalo’s brother? He is amazing!

Mark Ruffalo will be next seen in Poor Things coming to theatres on 8th September, this year.
