Currently, these leaks will not cause any issues for Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 but will cause a lot of hype in the community as this is an exciting piece of information that many gamers have been looking forward to for a long time. At the moment, the only piece of information that has been leaked which may be set to change is the Call Of Duty Zombies mode which is still being developed for Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3, as right now, the developers are still unsure whether or not to make this mode free-to-play or if it will be better served as part of the premium title.
