With all the positive remarks The Flash has been getting as of late, Nicholas Cage’s cameo as Superman was no exception to it either. The DC Universe has recently been revealing a lot. While the strategy might be to attract an audience, it leaves little room for imagination and curiosity. The excitement that is growing for the movie has a pace as fast as the titular character.
Various cameos have already been hinted and that has made fans giddy enough to eagerly await the film’s release. The love and passion that has gone into the film by everyone involved is probably the biggest reason as to why an audience has grown as massively. Out of the many things teased about the film, the post-credit scene has also been hinted at by the director.
The Flash’s Post-Credit Scene Has A Lot Of Surprises
Both Andy Muschietti and Barbara Muschietti have confirmed that the movie will have a lot of surprises that have been kept from the fans. They stated that although a lot has been revealed, a majority has been kept from the audience so as to still keep the surprise factor possible and alive.
“So, if you see the movie on [June] 16 or after, you’ll notice that there’s a couple surprises there that we wanted to leave for the release of the movie to avoid any possible leaks and stuff. So, there’s a couple more surprises there.”
Despite Grant Gustin reportedly not making an appearance, there is a lot more in store for the fans than they may have initially expected. The involvement of various other actors has already been confirmed, including Nicholas Cage’s Superman. However, there is much more than the fans will have to grip their seats for and brace themselves for back-to-back surprises.
Andy Muschietti Has No Plans On Replacing Ezra Miller
There is a heavy demand from fans to replace Ezra Miller as the Flash after their movie gets released. It was made clear to the fans that their movie will be released despite the magnitudinal backlash because of the amount of time and money that has been invested in the making of the film. It was expected that Ezra Miller would be replaced after the movie and it became even more possible that he would not be returning because of the Flashpoint scenario taking place.
“I don’t think there’s anyone that can play that character as well as they did.”
Andy Muschietti has confirmed that if the movie were to have a sequel, then it would be none other than Miller who would play the character. This might not sit as well with the fans as Miller and Muschietti would hope.
The Flash would be available to watch in theatres from 16th June 2023.
