Mark Hamill recently shared a video on Twitter in which his car is seen hounded by his fans, who are seeking an autograph or a picture from him. A Twitter user shared the video calling out people’s behavior toward the legendary actor as they shove their pieces of memorabilia inside his car.
At a point in the video, The Empire Strikes Back star seems to be getting physically hurt, and someone calls out, “Watch out, don’t hurt the man.” The fans who shared the video called out people for mistreating the 71-year-old actor, saying, “THIS IS NOT HOW TO TREAT YOUR HERO’S.”
The tweet further mentioned that everyone in the video owes an apology to Hamill for being insensitive toward the actor. The video also shows that Mark Hamill’s driver attempted to drive past the crowd but was unable due to the constant barging in their car.
However, despite all that, Hamill did sign some of the items he could get a hold of from the crowd. The Child’s Play actor also shared the video posted by his fan with a #TheDownsideOfCelebrity. Fans of the actor were also outraged by this behavior and took to Twitter to share their disappointment with people invading the actor’s private space.
