Sylvester Stallone is the most renowned face since the 70s. The actor’s muscular body and ruggedly handsome looks won the audience in almost every movie. When the actor brought his fellow actors in his film series Expendables, it was a sight for sore eyes for many fans.

The first part of the action series was released in the year 2010 and in the second installment, Bruce Willis also became a small part of the series. Reportedly when the makers of the series approached the 68-year-old actor for the third part, the actor’s third demands disappointed the Creed actor.

Feuds between superstars don’t surprise people anymore. Fans try to look for how two mega stars are with competing each other. There was a time when Bruce Willis and Sylvester Stallone were one of the most famous lead actors in Hollywood and people went gaga over their films. When the two actors joined hands to star in the action series Expendables, Stallone and Willis’s fans were more than excited. In The Expendables 2, the Pulp Fiction actor played the character of Mr.Chruch. When Willis was offered the action movie once again the Die Hard actor charged a massive amount for his part. 

Reportedly, the makers and the Rocky Balboa actor were ready to pay $3 million to the Red actor to shoot for 4 days. But Willis demanded $4 million and this disappointed Stallone very much. In one of the Tweets, the actor wrote, “Greedy and lazy…. A sure formula for career failure.” The Creed II actor’s spokesperson confirmed that the Tweet was for the Glass actor. Willis was later replaced by Harrison Ford and many people were happy as another legend entered the action series.

Sylvester Stallone was heartbroken when he first heard about Bruce Willis’s health issues

Keeping aside all the past feuds with the 68-year-old actor, Stallone posted a heartfelt Instagram post when he learned about Willi’s health issues. The Death Wish actor was first diagnosed with aphasia. Things got a bit more difficult for Willis and his fans after the doctors revealed he was suffering from frontotemporal dementia as well. The First Blood actor posted a series of pictures on his Instagram of him and Willis and wrote, “We go back a long way , praying for the best for you and your wonderful family .”

During an interview, the Rocky actor opened up about how heartbreaking it is for him to hear that the Split actor is going through such a hard time in his life. While talking about Willis’s health condition the actor said,

“Bruce is going through some really, really difficult times. So he’s been sort of incommunicado.”

Stallone also said, “It kills me it’s so sad.” When the Rambo actor released his statement on the Die Hard 2 actor’s health condition people recalled them being frenemies of Hollywood.
