In a recent video, Schwarzenegger talked about how he used to stick to his routine. Sharing an old video of the buffed-up actor, Schwarzenegger advised the people that there were a few basic exercises for beginners to start working on their bodies.

With the newly launched meta app, Threads, everyone seems to be exploring the recently launched social media app. Schwarzenegger, being a famous personality, also posted on Threads, a throwback video of the actor exercising during his prime days.
The actor posted on Threads with the statement, “Someone sent me this old clip recently. Stick to those routines, move every day, don’t beat yourself up. And remember: I believe in you!” and the post exploded all over the social media.
Arnold Schwarzenegger also attached a YouTube link to the video that he was talking about which showcased various beginner-level exercises to kick off the people’s bodybuilding journey.
“Don’t put yourself down” said Schwarzenegger before grabbing a set of weights and starting with the exercise. Starting off with the bench press, the actor then showcased how to do squats and biceps training. The actor also gave a heavy emphasis on sticking to those routines and being consistent with the exercises.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is more of a motivational person and has often divulged secrets and life-altering tips for his fans. In the Netflix documentary titled Arnold, the actor talked about the one word that would give any person the success they desire.
“Vision. For my whole life, I had an unusual talent to see things very clearly in front of me. If I could see it in my mind, I thought it must be achievable. There is no doubt that you can make your vision a reality.”
