Although 3000 signatures are not enough to change Bethesda’s mind, fans are in awe of the attachment that people have to these video games often referred to as an escape from reality. An online petition on Change.org is aimed at making Starfield a PS5 exclusive again and canceling all other deals with Xbox and Microsoft Corporation.

At the time of writing, the petition stands at 3535 signatures to reach 5000. Benjamin Dickey, the person who started this petition, wrote four major reasons why Starfield should be a PS5 exclusive and not an Xbox exclusive. In other reports, the file size of the AAA game has been revealed to be 125 GB. And to add the cherry on top, it has been heavily rumored that the Call of Duty franchise may also become an Xbox exclusive shortly.

Starfield is set for a release date of 6th September 2023 and will be available to play on Xbox Series S/X and Microsoft Windows.
