What are Starfield fans moaning about now?
Starfield fans are awaiting the game to go gold. And one executive for Bethesda has told fans not to worry and that they should remain level-headed. Although we’ve not heard anything about the Starfield gold status as yet, apparently everything is going as planned.
But that doesn’t mean that some fans aren’t still sitting on tenterhooks waiting for that announcement that the highly anticipated open-world RPG has gone gold and is ready to meet them head on. Despite all we know so far about the gameplay so far, there is still nervous energy from fans and many have voiced doubts of patches on the day of release.
Thankfully Bethesda have come out and allayed any fears that fans may have, assuring them that everything is under control with the title. Addressing the issue of the game going gold, the download size and further details regarding the Starfield preload;
“take a deep breath. I have an amazing team. We know what we’re doing.”

And Pete Hines also had to respond to a fan who had the audacity to question the lack of updates on a Fallout 4 next-gen update. In the original query and Hines’ response he maintained that Starfield, currently remains the developer’s top priority;
“Any news on Fallout 4 next-gen update? Has been awfully quiet for quite some time now with nothing shared with the community.”
Thankfully Hines addressed the query with the attention it deserved and rightly batted it out the park;
“Don’t know if you heard but we are shipping a new game in three weeks. Bit of a priority. When we have an update, we will share it.”
It’s ridiculous that Bethesda have spent all this time developing one of their biggest games ever and some fans just can’t be happy with what they’re getting. Some fans feel like they’re entitled to their pound of flesh.
But what’s your thoughts on the latest news for Starfield? Do you also think it’s ridiculous that there are complaints about a game that is yet to launch?
