A sequel to Ryan Coogler’s Black Panther, Wakanda Forever is also directed by him and will be the 30th movie entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, there have been questions surrounding whether or not the sequel will be able to live up to the hype, or even have the same cultural impact as its predecessor. Director Coogler might have just spoiled that for us!

“I’m excited for folks to see the performance. Both the actors that they know and they’re familiar with but we also have so many new actors that are in the film. From Dominique Thorne to Tenoch Huerta, Alex Livinalli and a few other folks like some surprises that people will see when the film starts”

But it’s great to know that the cast of the movie hasn’t forgotten the late actor of T’Challa, Chadwick Boseman, who played the titular character in the first movie. In what can be seen as a beautiful tribute to the late actor, the cast made sure his name was remembered in their own way.

Letitia Wright, who plays Princess Shuri in the movie honored her on-screen brother by wearing the black pantsuit with a design on the suit’s shoulder, which was pretty similar to what Boseman wore to the 2018 premiere of Black Panther.

Janeshia Adams-Ginyard, who is part of the Dora Milaje in the movie, showed up to the big day covered in body paint with an illustration of the Marshall star on her back-

Director Ryan Coogler, who worked with Boseman in the first Black Panther movie, wore a chain pendant that had the late actor’s picture on it.

The tributes were beautiful, and we’ll forever remember Chadwick Boseman as one of the best actors in the MCU who led the iconic Black Panther movie.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will have its theatrical release on November 11, 2022, in the United States.
