The actor in an interview with Digital Spy admitted that he “knows nothing” about the Iron Man series, despite lending his voice to one of the closest companions to Downey Jr’s role.

As per IMBD, voicing the AI was his “easiest job ever.”

Stating to the outlet, he shared,

“I feel like a pirate. This is robbery. I walk in, I say some lines on a piece of paper for two hours, and then they give me a bag of money and I leave and I go about my day.”

The Star Wars actor didn’t have to do physical acting, which is why he felt guilty about getting a lot of money. While he enjoyed working as J.A.R.V.I.S, his role got expanded in the franchise as the actor later played Vision in the MCU. He is reportedly set to return to the franchise with a new series that will focus on his character.

Vision played the love interest of Elizabeth Olsen’s Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch. The Vibranium-based android was last seen in the WandaVision series, which is yet to appear in any projects. Back in 2022, Industry insider Charles Murphy shared that a series, Vision Quest is reportedly in talks, which will be headlined by this very character.

He also shared that the filming would likely begin in 2024, adding that fans should “expect Vision-related characters.” While this could be a great update for Vision fans, the franchise or Disney is yet to confirm the project.

MCU’s next project, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, is set to release in theatres on May 5, 2023.
