Remnant 2 is the recent release from developer Gunfire Games and has been incredibly popular over the past few days as many gamers are exploring the numerous worlds that are accessible in the game and finding the countless secrets that are hidden throughout the game, such as one of the best classes that can be used in the game.

What is the best class in Remnant 2, and why isn’t it usable?
When playing Remnant 2, there are many classes that can be selected throughout the course of the game, these classes are more commonly known as archetypes, and throughout the game, players are able to have two of these archetypes equipped to create strange and powerful combinations with their abilities. Due to some investigative players, a new archetype has been discovered, which is hidden away in the game files and needs discovering by Data miners, and that archetype is known as Archon.
When developing Remnant 2, the developers knew that gamers would datamine the game once it was released to search for secrets, so the developers decided to hide a secret archetype in the files of the game specifically to lean into the data miners so that they would be rewarded for their curiosity.
A few days after the game was officially released, it was announced that the “red door” was opened and revealed that data miners had found the secrets inside, which was the new archetype. Due to this, until now, regular players were unable to access this room and use this hidden archetype.
How is this archetype obtained without datamining?
Due to the recent searching by data miners, we are able to see what is required to gain access to this secret room in the game and obtain this special secret archetype which will provide players with numerous buffs towards player weapons and mod power generation. Due to the capabilities to be able to have two archetypes equipped, players are able to advance this further by equipping other archetypes to help them survive throughout the harsh world of Remnant 2.
Throughout the game, players are able to gain access to numerous pieces of equipment which will help them progress through the story. Still, to unlock this new archetype, they will need a specific set of equipment equipped to be able to access this red door which will be listed below.
- Explorer class level 10 – Fortune hunter class skill
- Invader class Level 5 – Wormhole class skill
- Realmwalker armor set
- Void heart relic
- Leto’s amulet
- Amber moonstone ring
- Anastasija inspiration ring
- Black cat band ring
- Zania’s malice ring
- Ford’s scattergun long gun
- Cube gun handgun
- Labyrinth staff melee weapon
Once the players have obtained these items, they will travel to the labyrinth biome and access one of the labyrinth’s doors, which will lead to the access of a box, but only once these items are all equipped, which will give them access to this unique archetype.
