Therefore, to spread its greatness to an even larger audience, Netflix decided to bring the animanga into a live-action adaptation produced by the streaming giant itself. And so far, it has seen numerous positive reviews from the fans, until now, when their excitement has gone through the roof since a legendary actor now joins the ranks as one of the most crucial characters in the series with an accurate first look.

Popularly known for voicing and giving life to some of the most iconic characters since the old days like Sergeant Kyle “Gaz” Garrick, and the infamous Lt. Simon “Ghost” Riley from the prestigious Call Of Duty video game franchise, Craig Fairbrass will now be seen playing the role of Chef Zeff, the head chef from the floating restaurant Baratie in Netflix’s upcoming One Piece live-action adaptation. And ever since the first look of the actor as the anime character was released to the public, the internet has gone hog wild.

And what has gotten the fans all riled up, apart from the fact that Fairbrass has such an illustrious resume to boast of, is the fact that just how comically accurate the representation of Sanji’s mentor is, especially considering that it was brought from the pages of the manga created by Eiichiro Oda and implemented so naturally in the live-action version of the story.

Since the first look has been out, fans cannot help but give their opinions and compliments on the depiction of the character by the star.

If the fans weren’t excited enough about the release of the first season of the live-action adaptation before, they surely are now.
