Ezra Miller has been able to maintain their name constantly on news for one thing or the other in the past. Miller has shocked the entire world with the constant scandals whose intensity kept on increasing over time. Miller’s presence in the DCU is highly criticized by fans who feel that the non-binary star should have been kicked out of the DCU long before. Miller’s co-star, Henry Cavill has already been snatched off his superhero role yet Miller still gets to play Flash in the upcoming movie.
Ezra Miller’s Controversial History
Miller’s scandals have already made headlines in the past where The Perks of Being a Sunflower star was accused of burglary and larceny. The Afterschool star broke into a house in Vermont and stole several bottles of alcohol. In an effort to defend themselves, the star accepted the less serious crime of trespassing. Their list of public violations and misconduct is full of diverse options.
In 2011 they were accused of illegal possession of Marijuana. Miller was even recorded strangling a woman in Iceland. The star was arrested quite a few times during their stay in Hawaii. The Afterschool star wrecked the public club and picked fights with the locale. A couple filed restraining orders against Miller who were reportedly threatened and harassed by the DCU star.
Ezra Miller was also accused of grooming and manipulating an 18-year-old, Tokata Iron Eyes. The guardians of the teenager filed a restraining order against Miller because the actor exploited the teen through “cult-like and psychologically manipulative, controlling behavior.” That’s not it, as another woman from Massachusetts was also provided with temporary security from the star who misbehaved with her 12-year-old minor.
The Internet Unite Against Ezra Miller
Fans were surely frustrated by the DC studios for continuing to work with Ezra Miller, despite the extreme controversies. Miller admitted that all their past actions were a result of their complex mental health. But the public was in no mood to forgive Miller after their repeated controversial actions. Now that Miller is back with their DC movie The Flash, the internet is filled with comments demanding strict actions against the star. A tweet went viral which depicted Miller behind the bars in the post-credit scenes of The Flash.
It is still unclear if DC will continue working with Miller as the public outrage and dissatisfaction with the Flash star continue to grow. It can be speculated that the overall performance of Miller’s upcoming movie may get affected despite the promising trailer.
The Flash will be released on June 6, 2023.
