Sharon Stone has been on a roll. The Basic Instinct star has had one of the most inspiring journeys in Hollywood. She has seen her stock rise in the industry. The fling with stardom had its negative impacts as well, giving her a peek into all the darkness in the industry. That hasn’t deterred her though. Stones has managed to bounce back each and every time. It is because of her tenacity that she wanted to emulate Madonna.
Sharon Stone is used to people bawling their eyes out at her
Sharon Stone is a diva. She has been recognized as one of the most stunning women out there. That means she had to get used to one thing – having eyes on her. Male attention is just something that she can’t shirk off.
Not that she has a problem with that. Sharing her story with the Hollywood Reporter, Sharon Stone revealed that she got used to men who kept “dogging you ’cause you were the young hot girl: That’s like throwing a pork chop out into a field of wild animals!”
Times have changed now. But the gazes still follow her.
Still Got It!
The gazes had dropped. The obvious stares were gone. But that doesn’t mean that she had a dearth of attention. As she would recount, “Jesus, every time I go into a Starbucks, some 20-year-old guy throws himself at me!”
The Specialist star would also give an insight into these guys who throw themselves at her. She added, “Although it might be because he knows there’s a meal at the end of it. But these young guys know the s-x would be better.”
It is clear that the Sliver star doesn’t mind aging.
Sharon Stone is not daunted by her growing age
Sharon Stone has no qualms about getting old. She wrote,
“I actually find aging a benefit. I don’t choose to make growing older a negative. I choose to get older. Growing older is my goal.”
For her, it is all about taking conscious steps in the right direction. The Casino star has even tried to emulate Madonna. She wanted to be as “cut up” as the Material Girl singer.
“I’m off gluten. People don’t want to see a fat Sharon Stone, do they? I know my brand!”
They were the same age after all. When her personal trainer told her The Queen of Pop’s secret, no alcohol, she made the call in no time. After going sober for three months, there was no turning back for the Catwoman star. And the rest, as they say, is history.
