"Pathetic 94 year old producer and his moronic useless vulture children": Sylvester Stallone's Viral Rant after Michael B. Jordan's $658M Creed Franchise Announced Drago Spinoff

Sylvester Stallone, the man known for creating the Rocky franchise from scratch has become a stranger to his own universe. After issues with the rights of the character which he essentially created, Stallone has nothing but contempt for anything that follows.

A recent spin-off has been announced from the Creed universe which will be based on the character of Viktor Drago. Stallone, being Stallone, posted a lot of abuses on Twitter to curse at the producer of the film since he was not aware of the spin-off and was not a part of the cinematic universe.

After what had been a tumultuous time for Sylvester Stallone, the issue of character rights finally exploded into an outright rift between the owner and Stallone. Although Stallone created the characters of the Rocky franchise and its subsequent Creed franchise, the legal owner of these characters is the producer of the franchise.

Viktor Drago is an integral character in the franchise of Creed. Portrayed by Florian Munteanu in Creed III, people loved his character so much that a spin-off was essentially created for the fans and to further the franchise beyond its horizons.

As it was announced, Sylvester Stallone felt the pain and anger get to him since he wasn’t made aware of the spin-off. Being the creator of the character, Stallone went on to his social media to rant about the owner of the franchise and how he felt left out of the whole deal.

“Another Heartbreaker… Just found this out… ONCE AGAIN , this PATHETIC 94 year old PRODUCER and HIS MORONIC USELESS VULTURE CHILDREN, Charles And David, are once again picking clean THE BONES of another wonderful character I created without even telling me,”

The actor has been quite vocal about wanting to get back his characters from the owner and has been writing some pretty aggressive words about it on his social media posts. The spin-off isn’t all good as it sounds as Dolph Lundgren, who was a good friend to Stallone, was also accused of backstabbing the actor which he outrightly denied.

Being one of the iconic actors from the 80s, Dolph Lundgren originally portrayed the character of Ivan Drago back in Rocky IV. Being attached to the Drago spin-off, Stallone had no choice but to talk about his pain of betrayal by actor Dolph Lundgren.

Stallone wished “HE [Dolph Lundgren] had told me what was going on behind my back,”. In a reply, Lundgren talked about his side of the deal and that he thought that Stallone was already attached to the project.

“Just to set the record straight regarding a possible Drago spinoff. There’s no approved script, no deals in place, no director and I was personally under the impression that my friend Sly Stallone was involved as a producer or even as an actor,”

With the Drago spin-off being just a mere idea, there has been nothing confirmed regarding the scripts or the actors. As for Stallone, the actor will be seen in the upcoming The Expendables 4 movie.
