“Our indigenous brothers and sisters also continue to suffer”: Hulk Star Mark Ruffalo Defends Native American Rights, Demands Equal Justice for All

Mark Ruffalo is at it again as the actor continues to raise his voice over issues that most seem to not care for. Talking about the indigenous people of America, the Hulk actor talked about their place in the modern world through his Tweets.

In a courtroom case where the police arrested a journalist that seemed to relate to the indigenous tribes, the people revolted. In what appears to be a lawsuit, the Now You See Me actor voiced his opinion and stood firm with the people while standing against the court of law.

Mark Ruffalo Stands With The People

In a case that talked about the violation of the rights of journalists and indigenous people, the country of Canada finds itself in a protest. Talking about an alleged unlawful arrest of a reporter that took place back in 2021, the people protested against the violation of the rights of a journalist that was related to the indigenous tribes of the land.

While the people took charge as an official lawsuit was announced recently, Mark Ruffalo offered his support to the movement. Talking about how the modern world affects the indigenous tribes around the world and the freedom of speech given to the media, here’s what Ruffalo tweeted.

As an all-out war started in reply to Ruffalo’s tweet, the social media platform became a playground for the people to fight in. Many stood with Ruffalo’s point of view however, most stood against the actor.

The actor shared the screen with Jennifer Garner in 2004 when Mark Ruffalo and Garner worked together in 13 Going on 30. After the film’s success, Ruffalo was often asked about his friendship with the Daredevil actress. During his appearance in Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live, the Zodiac actor opened up about his memories with Jennifer Garner and how Ben Affleck could have affected their relationship.

“We had a great time together, and I think we would, but then Ben [Affleck] came on the scene and that was the end of that,”

The actor-turned-activist will be seen reprising the role of Bruce Banner aka The Hulk once again with the release of Avengers: Secret Wars in 2026. Mark Ruffalo is also associated with the upcoming book-to-movie adaptation of All The Light We Cannot See where he will star in as Daniel LeBlanc.
