Henry Cavill seems to have found “The One” for him in his longtime girlfriend Natalie Viscuso. Having been together for two years, the couple have been adorable and fans simply couldn’t get enough of the Man of Steel actor and his Lois Lane.
The duo suffered a recent heartbreak when their dog of 14 and a half years died in April. Recalling the terrible incident, the duo lamented the loss of their dog Meat but they also added a new family member to their duo. Bringing back home their newest dog named Baggins, the couple shared that they were simply overjoyed.
Natalie Viscuso And Henry Cavill Adopted A Puppy!
Being dog lovers, the couple took care of their dog named Meat till his final days. The news was recently announced on Instagram that Meat had died at the age of 14 and a half years, a life Viscuso and Cavill were glad to have shared with him.

Lamenting the loss of Meat, the couple focused on the silver lining at the end of the clouds. In the Instagram post, Henry Cavill and Natalie Viscuso posted a photo of their dog Meat playing with a young puppy that looked very similar to the old man. Stating that the puppy’s name was Baggins, Viscuso, and Cavill introduced their newest family member on the Instagram post.

The Justice League actor wrote in the caption that Baggins brought in a new chapter of his life. Introducing the puppy in an adorable way, the second slide of the post featured a cute Baggins sleeping on the freshly cut grass floor. Talking about new chapters in their lives, Henry Cavill couldn’t be more proud of himself when news broke out that his audition for the role of James Bond was “tremendous”!
Henry Cavill Was “Tremendous” As James Bond
Back in 2006 when the James Bond franchise was looking for a new leading man, Henry Cavill auditioned for the role. He was bested by Daniel Craig however as he took the role by starring in Casino Royale. Following Daniel Craig’s retirement, the director of the 2006 film Martin Campbell revealed that the audition of Cavill was “tremendous” and the only problem was that Cavill was very young during that time.
“He looked great in the audition. His acting was tremendous. And look, if Daniel didn’t exist Henry would have made an excellent Bond. He looked terrific, he was in great physical shape… very handsome, very chiselled. He just looked a little young at that time back then.”
Following Daniel Craig’s retirement, there have been numerous rumors as to who the role of the next James Bond would pass on to. Being one of the British gentlemen, Henry Cavill was obviously in consideration and was almost finalized but the rumors were never confirmed nor denied.
