He said that everyone believed he would never succeed in the UFC when he quit the WWE. He took up the challenge and emerged as the UFC’s heavyweight champion and proved them wrong. Lesnar shared that he did not care about the fame or the thrill of being the champion, but he only cared about what he wanted for himself. He added that John Cena did not belong to the ring, and he was back to attack the WWE Superstar to reclaim his position.

Brock Lesnar challenged WWE Superstar John Cena
When Brock Lesnar decided to make a comeback in WWE after eight years, he needed to challenge the biggest WWE star of the time. Hence, he not only challenged John Cena, but also brutally insulted him. Lesnar said in the video,
“We need a guy to legitimize this company and Brock Lesnar is that guy. We’re tired of John Cena’s bullc*ap. John Cena is not the real guy. The only reason John is in the spot that he’s in is because I left. If I was still around for the last eight years, John Cena’s the guy that’d be carrying my bags into the building. There’s nothing about Brock Lesnar that’s fake.”
He further added,
“This isn’t a wrestling match on April 29, this is an Extreme Rules match. I got one objective in mind: Utter freakin’ chaos. Bring the pain to John Cena. I’m comin’ for a fight John Cena. What makes me happy? Beatin’ people up, that makes me happy.”
He added that in the week before the interview, he had knocked down John Cena on the ground with blood all over. He had given proof of his brutality in the ring. Lesnar shared that he was a massive threat to John Cena as he was real unlike Cena, who acted like a planned character.
However, the game turned in the favor of Cena as he became the winner by defeating Brock Lesnar in the 2012 match, which left the viewers shocked.
