After the great success earned by the One Piece live-action series by Netflix, fans are eagerly waiting for the second season. The Netflix adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s masterpiece covered the entirety of the East Blue Saga, and although it had minor modifications, the story captured every detail of the series’ initial stage and also mentioned many other great details about the story. These include the Shichibukais or the Seven Warlords of the Sea.

These seven warlords are pirates who work under the World Government and are extremely powerful. The Seven Warlords system assists the World Government in combating piracy, which the Marines alone cannot handle. As of the events of Netflix’s One Piece season 1, which corresponds to the manga’s East Blue epic, the Seven Warlords of the Sea contains Dracule Mihawk, Crocodile, Gecko Moria, Boa Hancock, Jinbe, Donquixote Doflamingo, and Bartholomew Kuma.
