Not John Cena, Dwayne Johnson Teaming Up With Another Suicide Squad Star for New Movie Following Black Adam 2 Cancelation

Previously, it was announced that the Dwayne Johnson-starring film Black Adam 2 was canceled. However, ever since then, the actor has successfully bagged some major feature film projects.

Reportedly, the actor is all set to star in a sci-fi film, Starlight, alongside Suicide Squad star Margot Robbie. This will be the first time Johnson and Robbie will be sharing the screen. The film will be directed by veteran director Ridley Scott.

Dwayne Johnson is set to star in a sci-fi film

Wrestling star turned Hollywood actor Dwayne Johnson has appeared in various genre films throughout his acting career. Recently, Johnson’s starring film Black Adam 2 got canceled. But the actor certainly doesn’t have time to grieve over lost projects, and he has a very busy schedule that encompasses some major feature film projects. Reportedly, the actor will star in a science-fiction adventure film, Starlight.

The upcoming film Starlight is a science-fiction film that reportedly features Dwayne Johnson in the lead role. The actor will be seen portraying the role of Captain Alex Vega, the head of an interstellar crew who is in charge of a daredevil mission with the purpose of exploring the far-off regions of the cosmos. Along the journey, Vega will be seen dealing with various adventures.

Meanwhile, Robbie will be seen portraying the role of an antagonist called Isabella. It would be interesting to see Robbie and Johnson sharing the screen for the first time.
