An insider spilled the juices of Connor Cruise’s wedding and said that the Top Gun: Maverick star banned the entry of the Aquaman actress to it. As per the reports, the Endless Love actor didn’t want Nicole Kidman to attend his son’s wedding as she is considered to be suppressive by the Church of Scientology, and also Cruise doesn’t want any association with the Far and Away actress.
“Tom is behind this and what he wants is as good as the law. Tom made the call and Connor followed. First, Tom would never even consider inviting Nicole to Connor’s wedding because she’s considered a ‘suppressive person’ by the church — and, second, he doesn’t want her there. Tom turned his back on Nicole a long time ago and he’s never looked back. Connor worships the ground his father walks on and would never disobey Tom.”
Whatever the reason, the fact that the two have not spoken in more than 20 years is certainly unusual. Both Cruise and Kidman have been notoriously private about their personal lives, and have rarely spoken about their relationship in public.
