It seems that the fame of actors and the uniqueness of movies clashed once again as Brie Larson reportedly gets a solo sequel for herself. The upcoming MCU Phase 5 movie The Marvels will see Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, and Monica Rambeau teaming up for the movie.
As per rumors, however, the decision to team up was disliked by Larson who allegedly threw a tantrum to have the spotlight all to herself. It has been reported that a sequel will be officially given to Brie Larson which will solely focus on her character, Captain Marvel.
Brie Larson Gets A Solo Captain Marvel Movie
Ms. Marvel aka Kamala Khan, played by Iman Vellani, is making her first movie debut and joining the team with her idol Captain Marvel, with whom her powers are also linked. And with Maria Rambeau being a dear friend of Carol Danvers, Monica Rambeau, the daughter of Maria Rambeau, who had seen some action during the events of WandaVision also joins the team to save the world.
Together, the trio of superheroes made the team called The Marvels and based on their epic adventure, the upcoming MCU movie titled The Marvels will focus on their actions and events. Since it all started with Brie Larson’s Carol Danvers becoming Captain Marvel, a terrible rumor spread across the internet that the actress did not like this association and demanded the spotlight be kept on her only.
According to Twitter, there will be indeed some consequences to the events under The Marvels which will expand the MCU even more with every character reprising their role in other projects.
As per the tweet, Ms. Marvel will get a second season, the character of Monica Rambeau will get her own solo movie and Brie Larson will reprise her role as Captain Marvel in a solo sequel movie. Although the reason for this progress is unknown, fans allege that it was the demand of the Kong: Skull Island actress that forced a solo sequel to happen.

There are plenty of haters for actress Brie Larson who would purposefully disrespect her name. Although the news hasn’t been confirmed, a rumor went up of Larson allegedly throwing a bad tantrum when The Marvels was made into a team movie.
According to speculated reports, Larson was unhappy since the spotlight would be stolen away from her if it was turned into a team movie. There are conflicting reports on the other side too since it was Brie Larson herself who had stated that Imam Vellani “is the future and an incredible person”. From her statements, it seems that the mantle of Captain Marvel would soon go to Kamala Khan.
Much like any other speculations, the above-mentioned news must be taken with a grain of salt since nothing has been proven or denied. The only thing that is confirmed as of now is that The Marvels is slated to hit the theater screens on 10th November 2023.
