During an interview, Gosling disclosed that a fight scene between him and Dhanush required the most retakes in the movie. Despite this, the Raanjhanaa actor consistently delivered exceptional performances in each take. Gosling also commended on Dhanush’s off-screen personality and expressed the team’s enthusiasm for having him as a part of The Gray Man.

The main protagonist of The Gray Man told the global media about Dhanush:

“He is incredible. He is such a great actor. He has such an amazing presence on screen. He is so precise. He never made a mistake. We shot this fight sequence, we reshot it multiple times. We actually reshot that scene more than any other scene and it underwent so many different incarnations, and Dhanush never made a mistake. It seemed inhuman.”

Dhanush is indeed an incredible actor, but the praises from a seasoned actor like Ryan Gosling himself holds significant weight.
