Actor Michael Jai White, who stars in the CW show Arrow, has revealed that he would like to play the role of Green Lantern. With Geoff Johns currently penning a Green Lantern Corps movie script, DCEU fans feel that White would be a perfect fit for the task. The actor stated that he would like to play the role of the DC superhero as fans want him to do so.

Moreover, in October last year, White had even shared a fanart. The fanart was of the actor himself as John Stewart.
The actor’s past experience of playing comic book roles
White has played a number of comic book roles over the years. He played the titular role in the movie Spawn, which released in 1997. Moreover, the actor went on to portray the character of Gambol in The Dark Knight. However, most recently, White has played the role of Bronze Tiger in the Arrow series. He appeared in ten episodes of the CW show.
