Willow Smith bought her apartment at the age of 19 in Malibu. She has a chic waterfront apartment, which she purchased for $3.1 million. It comprises over 2,000 square feet of space. It has modern interiors with light and airy décor, along with luxurious furnishings. The I Am Legend star is living alone, but still, she has four bedrooms and four bathrooms at her place, offering plenty of space for having guests over. The actress’s apartment is also eco-friendly, with solar panels and a water recycling system. The place is located just 30 minutes drive away from her parent’s home, which is a plush neighborhood of Calabasas.

Will Smith’s wife Jada Pinkett-Smith revealed in an interview that her kids had moved out of their family home because of their careers. She shared that her daughter Willow, was just 16 years old when she was traveling the world for her music gigs. She added that Willow only came home at the time when she got a break from traveling.

Jada Pinkett-Smith told Haute Living,

“It’s funny, they’re not around, but they are.”

She added,

“I don’t even have time to miss them! Willow loves to call me every day, and even Jaden, when he’s away on set, still needs to see Will and I when he gets homesick.”

She also shared that Jaden was also in Toronto, as he was part of filming the movie, Life in a Year.

Will Smith’s house in Calabasas

Will Smith and Jada’s family home is a massive property and a dream home worth $42 million. The house comprises nine bedrooms, a meditation lounge, a pool room, a home theatre, and even a recording studio. Reportedly Willow recorded her superhit single, Whip My Hair, in this studio. The home also constitutes basketball, volleyball, tennis courts, a private lake, and an outdoor pool.
