In a candid interview, the actress revealed she was having fun watching her co-star topless on the movie set. On The Graham Norton Show, The Dressmaker movie star shared that she struggled to keep a straight face while filming an intimate scene, while Hemsworth was shirtless.
“We struggled to keep a straight face during that scene. Poor Liam, for 12 hours straight we kept making him take his clothes off. We didn’t mean to! I have to say that was a lovely scene.”

The actress also shared that the scene left her daughter, Mia, infuriated,
“My teenage daughter was furious that I got to be (in) the same space as him at that moment. She just made a series of sounds!”

In an interview with People magazine, The Last Song movie star shared his experience working with Kate Winslet in The Dressmaker. Liam Hemsworth admitted that he was worried about their chemistry due to their age gap. The Triangle star said,
“I felt like I was possibly too young to play this part because in this film, we’re seen as the same age, around the same age.”
The 33-year-old actor gushed about working with his co-star,
“But onscreen – Kate is such a beautiful woman, and I have a beard in the film, so I look quite a bit older, so I don’t think it’s an issue at all … She looks really young, and I look weathered and old.”
