Ezra Miller has been on the news A LOT recently, and anyone who hasn’t been living under a rock is aware of the actor’s escalating troubling actions and erratic, unreliable, and volatile behavior. Although Hollywood has canceled celebrities for less, the actor seemingly has a grapple hold over their solo DCEU movie, The Flash, that somehow makes them untouchable. Or perhaps at least, for the time being.
Ezra Miller and Their Relentless Caricature
The young actor hadn’t always shown an inclination toward the darker half of their nature. As had been brought to notice by one of the contemporary time’s great legends, comic book author Grant Morrison had divulged how Ezra Miller showed exemplary promise as a unique talent capable of much more than just delivering a striking on-screen performance. They were not merely gifted in terms of artistic liberty but had the skills to put those gifts to use.
However, as is the tragic yet consistent case with most brilliant minds, they succumbed to an irrational module of erratic behavior defined by violent acts that either put themselves or others in the vicinity in harm. Over the years and through the pandemic, these incidents only managed to accelerate in frequency. And despite numerous legal threats, Ezra Miller still roams free and at large while the world awaits the actor’s next big act of defiance.
Internet Is Done With Ezra Miller’s Shenanigans
At this point, calling Ezra Miller’s actions “shenanigans” would be an understatement, as the actor has surpassed the boundaries of acceptable mischief and crossed over into territories colored by the lives of actual people around him at stake. While cases against them keep building into highrise piles, they still appear unrepentant or apathetic to the effects of their actions, whether deliberate or not.
In the meantime, the people who have not been able to avoid learning of the actor’s misdeeds, since they keep appearing ubiquitously every other day on the news, are fed up with being angered over how troubling the consequences of Miller’s actions may seem. The public has now resolved to make most of the news as long as they keep appearing on it. Here’s how.
Meanwhile, Warner Bros. Discovery CEO and President, David Zaslav has been doing everything he can to promote The Flash as the movie sets up an important segue into the future of DC, and Zaslav’s plans for the franchise’s extended universe. Despite calls to boycott and petitions to take action against Miller by removing the film from the upcoming theatrical release roster, Zaslav has maintained that he is proud of Ezra Miller’s The Flash and it is still green-lit to launch next year.
The Flash will premiere on 23 June 2023.
