Kristen Stewart became a Hollywood sensation after delivering her remarkable performance in The Twilight Saga. Stewart then went ahead and justified a wide range of roles that involved her portrayal of Snow White in Snow White and the Huntsman. But sadly, she never returned for the second movie of the franchise.
Stewart’s affair with the Snow White and the Huntsman director’s Rupert Sanders made the superstar the center of public scrutiny, reducing her chances for a comeback. Kristen Stewart Didn’t Like The Huntsman: Winter’s War’s Initial Scripts
When it came to the sequel of Snow White and the Huntsman, Stewart revealed her dissatisfaction with the early scripts presented to her. In an interview, she admitted that none of the scripts were impressive enough to proceed with the project. Stewart also addressed the misconception that her affair with director Rupert Sanders played a role in her exclusion from The Huntsman: Winter’s War.
“I read a few scripts. None of them were good. None of them were greenlight-able. And I had a meeting with Universal about the places where the story could go. Maybe Chris was more into it. I actually don’t f**king know. It wasn’t a situation where I got kicked off a movie because I got in trouble. We had been in talks months after that about making something work, and it never came together.”
