Kang the Conqueror is established to be a much bigger villain than Thanos ever was and Jonathan Majors has done an incredible job bringing him to life. Kang first debuted in Loki alongside Tom Hiddleston and Sophia Di Martino playing the titular characters. Since then, Kang the Conqueror became the lead villain in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and is set to reprise his role in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.
His powers make him almost undefeatable for the Avengers, especially the new team that will face him. However, there is still one Avenger that Majors’s character fears and it is neither Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man nor Chris Evans’ Captain America. In fact, this hero is not even an original Avenger.
Kang The Conqueror Fears Conan Of Cimmeria
Kang the Conqueror is easily one of the strongest if not the strongest villain that the Avengers have faced. His power easily surpasses many heroes individually. This has given Jonathan Majors‘ character the confidence to not be afraid of any Avenger that he is set to face. However, one hero that makes him shake in his boots is Conan of Cimmeria. This fear forced him to use his power of time manipulation to prevent the hero from posing a threat in the future.
Kang once teamed up with the Savage Avengers to defeat Kulah Gath. He came to learn that if the villain were to face Conan with all his powers and might, he would have no chance of survival against him. Seeing Conan as a future threat, Kang tried to defeat him just as he got his powers. However, the hero easily managed to send Kang back with his tail between his legs. Kang even decided to bring Conan to the future just to prove how powerful he is. Ultimately that backfired for him because the villain was no match for him and only added to his fear.
Who Is Conan Of Cimmeria
Conan of Cimmeria or Conan the Barbarian is part of the Savage Avengers. He was born in Cimmeria in the Hyborian age to the Snowhawk tribe. He became the king of Aquilonia. He has a variant of himself in almost every universe and they all are similar to an extent. He joined the Savage Avengers with Daredevil (Elektra Natchios), Anti-Venom, Cloak as well as Dagger, Black Knight, and Weapon H with Doctor Strange as their leader.
The hero once succumbed to death at the hands of Thulsa Doom and was revived by Dagger’s Lightforce. He ultimately became an immortal warrior powerful enough to defeat Kang easily. With his incredible strength as a warrior both in hand-to-hand combat and in sword fighting, Conan became a powerful force to be reckoned with.
Jonathan Majors’ Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is now available to watch in theatres.
