Emily Blunt, who is married to actor-filmmaker John Krasinski, shared how her husband feels about her on-screen romance with her co-stars. The actress featured alongside the wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne Johnson in the 2021 movie Jungle Cruise.
The two shared some intimate scenes in the film, and Blunt also complimented her co-star for having a fresh breath. During an interview with The Mirror, she shared how her husband usually reacts to her intimate scenes.
Emily Blunt Compliments Dwayne Johnson
Starring alongside each other in the 2021 film, Emily Blunt and Dwayne Johnson shared some intimate scenes on screen. And the actress shared that she was nervous when she first met The Rock. Talking about the kiss they shared in the film, she said, “Listen, the thing you’re missing out on, you know that feeling you get right after you brush your teeth?”
The Looper actress also shared that people often took pictures of her and the Jumanji star walking next to each other on set. And she shared that she appeared like a child walking next to The Rock in these pictures. The 2021 film, however, suffered the impact of the global pandemic at the box office. But the producer of Jungle Cruise, Hiram Garcia, has claimed that the sequel to the 2021 film would be much bigger.
John Krasinski’s Reaction to Emily Blunt’s Intimate Scenes
John Krasinski and Emily Blunt have been together for over a decade since they first met in L.A. through a friend. They tied the knot in July 2010 and share two daughters. Considering that both have careers in Hollywood, they have a better understanding of each other’s profession.
This could also be the reason why Krasinski feels the way he does about his wife’s intimate scenes. Talking about her intimate scenes in Jungle Cruise, Blunt once shared that her husband does not mind or get jealous of her romantic scenes as he has become “immune” at this point. She said,
“He’s immune to it at this point. That was part of the deal when we got married! Honestly, John is so used to me having to make out with other men.”
The Office star is also a close friend of Dwayne Johnson, as he got the opportunity to train alongside the actor in his Iron Paradise gym. And not only in Johnson’s case, but the 43-year-old actor has always been supportive of his wife.
