Renner was using a plowing machine when all of a sudden the machine, called a Snowcat, ran over one of his legs. This resulted in tremendous blood loss from the injuries and Renner had to be airlifted to a nearby hospital. However, before the helicopter could arrive, Renner found a helper in his neighbor who happened to be a doctor. Since the neighbor was at the right place at the right time, he was able to help Renner’s blood loss by putting a tourniquet on his leg to stop excessive blood loss. Thanks to the neighbor’s quick thinking the Mayor of Kingstown actor avoided major blood loss.

Shortly after, a helicopter airlifted Renner to a hospital. The video is obtained by TMZ, and the actor can be seen being loaded onto the vehicle on Sunday.
