Jamie Foxx, the man known for iconic roles such as Django or Electro has been suffering from a medical complication for quite some time. Not appearing in interviews and news, fans and his fellow co-stars were concerned for the actor’s health when he refused to pick up the phone.

The health update was given recently when Jamie Foxx finally picked up his co-star’s call and stated that he is doing well. Multiple cast or crew members said the same thing as fans and his close ones are giving him the privacy he needs right now to recover.

Having starred in countless movies over the years Jamie Foxx has gained quite the popularity and fame from around the world. Starring in iconic roles in movies like Django Unchained and Baby Driver, fans have been quite worried about Foxx’s recent medical complications.

In recent times, the actor has not appeared in public for quite a while. Only revealing that he was suffering from medical complications, Foxx did not share any health updates which made people even more anxious for the actor. At the premiere of They Cloned Tyrone, John Boyega revealed that Foxx finally picked up the phone and that he is doing well.

“He finally picked up the phone. Thank you, bro. He’s doing well. And then, you know, we just giving him the privacy, and we can’t wait for his return.”

Co-producer Datari Turner further stated Jamie Foxx has been doing well now and that several people talked to him. The co-producer hoped that Foxx will return soon.

“He’s doing amazing. I promise you. Doing really, really good. [Director] Juel [Taylor] talked to him yesterday. John Boyega talked to him yesterday. He’s in really, really good shape and spirits. And he’ll be back on the screen. He’ll be back to work very soon.”

These weren’t the only people worried about the Django Unchained actor since according to sources, Cameron Diaz was worried and shocked when she came to know about Jamie Foxx’s health crisis.

As per sources close to Diaz, the actress was quite shocked and saddened when Jamie Foxx developed sudden medical complications. The duo was shooting their upcoming movie Back in Action when Foxx had to take a break due to severe complications. When Cameron Diaz came to know about it officially, she wanted to help him in any way she can.

“One day they were working together, and the next he was just gone. She wanted to be supportive and help out in any way, but his family has kept his status very quiet” said the source.

The duo were working on their movie Back in Action which marked Cameron Diaz’s return to the screens after a hiatus of 9 years! The actor has been doing better recently and the world prays for the actor’s speedy recovery.
