Many people say that Hollywood and the film industry are where dreams of fame, glamour, and fortune become a reality, and it’s a fact that has taken many to the top of the world thanks to these attributes. Making it big in the Hollywood industry can be tall order, especially when you’re coming from the bottom. But Jennifer Lawrence somehow made becoming one of the most loved and celebrated stars in the business look natural and easy. With her amazing acting talents, she was the proud winner of an Academy Award in the Best Actress category and the lead star in the successful Hunger Games franchise, further solidifying her name amongst the best of the best. But with that recognition, she feared that she might change under the pressure of fame.

While she was still new to the attention she was getting from people around the world, she also noticed that there were many times when she felt plain uncomfortable from the attention she didn’t want. This, in turn, changed her slightly, and she became paranoid due to a lack of privacy, while also remembering feeling angry about everything and anything. She felt that this fame might change her into a completely different person from the inside. During an interview, she said:
“I’ve met so many weirdos, so many famous people who’ve gone off the deep end, I was getting worried. Thinking, ‘Will I be the same?’”
Luckily, she extends her gratitude to fellow actress Jodie Foster for believing in her and giving her the confidence that everything will be alright and that she is stronger than anything the world could throw at her.

What’s Next For Jennifer Lawrence?
As they say, the show must go on, and after overcoming the challenges of fame and popularity, Lawrence found herself, even more, stronger and capable of doing her best in the industry. After her latest 2021 disaster/comedy Don’t Look Up, the star is back, this time, being the producer and the star of her next coming-of-age adult comedy No Hard Feelings. The film is about a young woman named Maddie who finds an intriguing job listing to bring an introverted 19-year-old boy out of his shell before college.
