Keeping the creepy comments and daily struggles aside, Sofia Vergara is not ashamed of her body. The 50-year-old never hesitates to flaunt the body she was blessed with and is proud of it. One reason people love her is for her authenticity, she does not hide the way she looks, or talks like the rest. Thus, talking in The Edit’s 2016 February issue the actress candidly admitted,
“I know my body: it’s very voluptuous and I’ve got the b–bs of a stripper. They’re a 32DDD and because they’re real, they’re everywhere”
Her authenticity shines both on and off the screen, captivating audiences with her genuine persona. The key to her success lies in her unwavering commitment to staying true to herself, which has allowed her to effortlessly endear herself to embrace and maintain her strong Latin American identity. The actress then shared the worries that keep her up at night, she recognizes how fleeting outer beauty is but is also aware of the reason people love her. Thus she said,
“Watching myself age on screen is awful! There is nothing more disturbing than watching an episode of Modern Family from the first season, then one from seven years later. It just makes me want to kill myself, but what can I do?”
Thus, although she dreads aging, and the things it will do to her beloved body, she is ready for the inevitable and has accepted to embrace it rather than running away from it.

There is no doubt that the Colombian actress besides being everyone’s favorite television personality is also an absolute fashion icon. As she never fails to serve looks on any red carpet she decides to step on. But it all comes with a price, to look that good, the actress literally has to wear armor to properly fit everything in their places.
Although she has a beautiful body, normal ready-to-wear dresses often do not come in her desired size, and thus, she has to go the custom-made route. But the whole process turns out to be very uncomfortable, which often makes her bleed at the end of the night. She said,
“so I need my dresses to have structure–and under armor,–There is so much going on under my dresses that I bleed at the end of award ceremonies.”
The layering and padding to protect her ends up hurting her even more. Therefore, she is considering breast reduction in the years to come to save herself from the pain, and so that she doesn’t “end up looking like an old stripper.”
