Many people in the public wonder a least once about how all these big celebrities and movie stars manage to keep themselves so well-maintained and young despite having hectic work schedules and growing age just like normal people. This is not so much of a secret as it is about the hard work and dedication that they put into themselves which keeps them just as good-looking as ever. A fine example of a star such as this would be none other than Paul Rudd.
Looking just as good as he did when he was in his 30s, the Ghostbusters: Afterlife star has somehow managed to age like a fine wine, and as he enters his 50s. He died to make a change in his life, which was to finally overcome his addiction to smoking. Thus, by overcoming his addiction, he has also enabled his body to stay younger for longer, something that is admirable as well as desirable for an actor’s career.
How Paul Rudd Overcame His Smoking Problem To Look Young
Ever since his days on the set of FRIENDS to big Hollywood flicks like Romeo + Juliet and Clueless, Hollywood star Paul Ruud has always managed to remain stuck in his younger body, with very minor changes to his face that would hardly signal that the star is now 53 years old. While he credits this as God’s gift and his hard work, he also disclosed that he had this addiction to smoking that he had to overcome after 13 years to make a sizeable advancement.

The star revealed that he needed to leave his smoking addiction behind because it was starting to affect his health, which would later become a problem for both his personal and professional life. Thus, he enrolled himself in Kerry Gaynor Hypnotherapy Camp, which had proven effective for countless of its clients before. And when Rudd finally completed his course of rehab, he could feel the change in his body. He also advises many others who are going through the problem to take the journey of change slowly rather than getting quick fixes. He said:
“I advise tobacco users to not look for a quick fix or a magic pill … They don’t exist, It’s a lifelong addiction with behavioral and physiological components.”
Thus, making this change helped the star to regain control over his health and live with the same youthful vigor that he brings to the big screen.
