Harrison Ford Reveals Buff Physique Courtesy Of “Clean” Diet

In his guest at The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Harrison Ford shares his meal plan and the kind of food he tries to avoid:

[I’m eating] practically nothing. I eat vegetables and fish. It’s really boring. I just decided I was tired of eating meat. And I know it’s not really good for the planet, and it’s not really good for me.”

While the host complimented Ford’s physique, he denied using an electric bike and instead opted to “eat clean,” though the actor admits he hits the gym from time to time. Ellen DeGeneres, who is also a fellow vegetarian, agreed with the actor’s new health plan. The host remarked:

The fact that you can stick to it is pretty impressive because it is hard to eat really, really clean.”

Speaking with USA Today, Ford admitted he did not use any digital enhancement for his buff chest in the film The Call of the Wild:

I was fit and it was very cold water. I’m healthy, I enjoy being active and fit. I’m aware of keeping my old [butt] in shape.”

Ford absolutely sets an example for the younger generation to live fit and healthy in a safe way while taking care of Mother Earth.
