One of his iconic roles includes that of Danny Ocean in the Oceans Trilogy. The franchise became an instant hit with so much love coming towards the star-studded movies. From Matt Damon and Julia Roberts to Brad Pitt, there was no end to just how grand the movie could get, and it did. However, Pitt and Clooney always had a way of having fun with each other.
Brad Pitt Convinced Everyone In George Clooney’s Hometown To Call Him The Devil
During the filming of Ocean’s Eleven, the entire cast was somewhat unfamiliar with each other. George Clooney admitted that his time with Brad Pitt and Matt Damon had been that of an instant connection. All of them were meeting each other for the first time and yet they managed to mix well with each other instantaneously. That is when Clooney revealed just how well Pitt and him mixed.
“Brad sent out a memo to all the people in the town, my town. I had lived there for years,” he continued. “The movie is coming to town and please only address Mr. George Clooney as Mr. Clooney, in his character name, Danny Ocean, and don’t look him right in the eyes. It was a horrible story.”
Ocean’s Twelve was when the set shifted to Lake Como and things started getting interesting. Lake Como just so happened to be George Clooney’s hometown. Everyone had been calling him the devil and joking about it, completely putting the actor in a spot.
George Clooney Got Back To Brad Pitt
It was on the set of Ocean’s Thirteen when George Clooney finally got the chance to get back at Brad Pitt. They were working on set with Al Pacino and the experience in itself had been one to remember for the rest of their lives.
It was all fun and games for the entire cast, especially Pitt and Clooney who loved messing with each other. Throughout their time with the Ocean’s Trilogy, they always found some or the other way to get back at each other and mess around.
