The Hollywood industry is a vast ocean of opportunities that are just waiting to be scooped up by the numerous stars that sail in it. Therefore, stars like Sandra Bullock, who have made a name for themselves as the go-to actors in the business, have the upper hand when it comes to being considered for various film projects in the industry.
With so many successful and iconic films that she has been a part of in her illustrious career, the star has never seen a drop in her popularity and demand. But even with so much love and respect she has received through the medium of her films, there are always some films in an actor’s life that they weren’t too excited about. Bullock also has one such film that she had no intention of being a part of.
Sandra Bullock Had No Intention Of Making Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous
While we may have seen her in a lot of different roles over the years in numerous films, Sandra Bullock has never failed to disappoint the audience through her performances in any of them. Therefore, it always felt like she was always enjoying everything movie that she had her hands in. But contrary to that belief, there are some films that she might not regret doing, but isn’t proud of either. One such film was the sequel to her superhit film Miss Congeniality.

In a past interview, the Speed star was talking about her then-upcoming film The Lost City with Daniel Radcliffe and Channing Tatum when she was asked about the reports of a third installment in the Miss Congeniality series. Hearing this, she quickly clarified that it better not be the case, saying that even the second part shouldn’t have existed in the first place. She said:
“Two shouldn’t have been done but I’m glad that it did because of Regina, who I just freaking adore.That one should have remained a one-off.”
Since then, Bullock hasn’t confirmed a third film in the works and has even taken a temporary retirement from acting, which has further dulled the chances of a threequel, although, she seems to be interested in a prequel film.

What Was Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous About?
Getting her cover as an FBI operative blown after the debacle at the Miss United States beauty pageant while trying to stop a bank heist, Bullock reprised her role as Gracie Hart in the sequel. After one of her friends and Miss USA gets kidnapped by a mysterious abductor, Gracie must go on a quest to find her as well as rescue her from the clutches of the kidnapper, all while disobeying direct orders.
