The We’re the Millers star went on to say that beauty cannot serve as a reminder of age and that people must learn to compliment others without using the concept of age as a crutch.

“It used to be pounding, pounding, pounding. You had to get 45 minutes to an hour of cardio; otherwise, you weren’t getting a workout. Not only do you stress your body, you burn out – who wants to do that at all?”

The actor ultimately changed her routine which resulted in a balanced lifestyle and diet which has worked wonders for her today.
