Henry Cavill has a physique that is most definitely swoon-worthy. In the very many movies and TV shows that he has done, he has shown just how hard he works on his godlike physique. There is no question that he would focus on a very extreme diet when it comes to his health as the roles he does almost always require for him to be in perfect shape. Nobody finds their ideal diet on the first go and Cavill is no exception.
He too worked out and explored what suited him best and how it affected him. With a lot of patience and experiments, he finally figured out which was the best diet for him. More so, he has been sharing his diet and routine so as to influence others as well.
Henry Cavill’s Fasted Cardio
Henry Cavill shared that the only routine that fit so perfectly with him was that of a fasted cardio. The actor does thirty minutes of a fasted cardio every morning and that benefitted him throughout his career. He admitted that because of the cardio and routine, he has managed to be in the best shape he has been in for a long time.
“Out of all the things I’ve done in the past, I think the fasted cardio stuff is actually working best for me,” he said. “I’m in the best shape of my life.”
The fasted cardio is basically working out without consuming anything including food. Only after you are done working out can you take some food for yourself. Another alternative for this is to consume some form of protein, particularly eggs if possible, before working out if not eating anything gets too much. The diet has suited him very well and he has been following it ever since.
Henry Cavill’s Diet To Perfection
Henry Cavill has a strict diet he follows on a daily basis with the exception of cheat days. He works hard while in the gym and when he is consuming meals. His breakfast starts with heavy protein and includes eggs, steak, and an oatmeal shake. The very protein-focused diet is one he follows every single morning and is followed by him washing it down with some rosemary water. His first lunch includes a chicken curry with some jasmine rice with an apple after he’s done.
His second lunch includes a roast chicken breast with roast potatoes and curry sauce. He eats a bison steak with brown rice pasta every night for dinner. His last meal of the day includes a protein shake which helps him wash down all the different food items he has consumed throughout the day.
