Tom Hardy Said He Had S*x With Men
Tom Hardy’s acting prowess is brilliant, he can immerse himself in roles and he often goes bold in his performances. In Nicolas Winding Refn’s 2009 crime drama, Bronson, Hardy went naked for a scene in the iconic role that helped the actor gain numerous accolades. But that was on screen, the Venom actor admitted that he was also bold in his 20s. The actor said that he experimented with drugs and alcohol, and has had s*x with men. “Of course I have. I’m an actor for f*ck’s sake,” Hardy told NOW magazine.
“I’ve played with everything and everyone. I love the form and the physicality, but now that I’m in my thirties, it doesn’t do it for me. I’m done experimenting but there’s plenty of stuff in a relationship with another man, especially gay men, that I need in my life. A lot of gay men get my thing for shoes.”
Hardy was married to Sarah Ward and share a son with her. Following their split, the actor met Charlotte Riley on the set of Wuthering Heights and tied the knot in 2014, the actor is currently happily married to Riley and shares two children with her.
Tom Hardy Admitted to Having Feminine Qualities
The roles he plays are pretty masculine, in fact, his role in Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises as the villain Bane was nothing less than an alpha male. That’s not all, in his roles in Peaky Blinders, Warrior, Lawless, The Revenant, Legend, or Bronson, all characters possess muscular traits. However, the actor admitted that he is not all masculine in real life but rather in possession of definite feminine qualities.
“I have definite feminine qualities and a lot of gay men are incredibly masculine. A lot of people say I seem masculine, but I don’t feel it. I feel intrinsically feminine. I’d love to be one of the boys but I always felt a bit on the outside. Maybe my masculine qualities come from overcompensating because I’m not one of the boys,” Hardy said.
The Inception actor has definitely won many hearts with his candid revelations, as fans were very curious about their beloved star.
Hardy will appear in George Miller’s Mad Max: Fury Road prequel Furiosa which is scheduled to release in theatre on 24 May 2024.
